It is always difficult to sell a property at anytime (I have bought & sold over 13 properties in the last 20 years) but add in the fact that it is a rental property with long term tenants & the property is over an hour from where I live. The building also had a number of issues that I wasn't aware of until I visited with the agent the day of listing.
