We purchased our Meadowbrook property several years ago through Lee Knutsen and we were very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of Meadowbrook and dedication to his work. We found Lee to be very easy to work with. He was always available to answer any queries that we had and kept us up to date with progress all the way through the purchase of our home. So when it came time to sell our property, we did not even look elsewhere. We engaged Lee as our selling agent and once again Lee did not disappoint us. As we had rented our property there were some maintenance issues that had to be attended prior to our home going on the market. Lee organised all of this for us and went way beyond our expectations as a selling agent. In Lee's own time, he maintained our new lawn and gardens till settlement - amazing as we did not ask him to do this - Lee just offered as we live interstate. As for the selling of our home, everything went like clock work. He sold our home prior to our first open home and the professional manner in which he conducted the sale was awesome. Everything went very smoothly. Lee kept us up to date with all progress and rang us as soon as the sale had been completed.
