3 and a half years ago we purchased a property with Lee Knutsen as the selling agent. The acquisition was smooth and trouble free so when we decided to sell the property we consulted with Lee over the selling price and timing of the sale. These are two crucial issues and therefore we placed our property on the market it was perfect timing and after the first (and only) open house we had two prospective purchasers. Lee handled negotiations perfectly and we achieved a higher contract price than anticipated.
