Let's face it; the real estate industry has a poor reputation. A lack of communication and honesty are complaints I hear too often when speaking with peers about their experiences when buying or selling. Since entering the industry 9 years ago, my aim has always been to maintain integrity and great relationships with everyone I deal with, whether purchasing or selling. I've been told that my enthusiasm, energy and humour help ease the stress during what can be a fairly anxious time for a lot of people. My goal with each client is to elevate the relationship to a level where they are comfortable contacting me with any queries, even well before or after they've actively engaged me as their agent. Prior to commencing my career in real estate, I completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University, majoring in marketing, and the skills learnt during this time have proven really useful, especially when creating engaging marketing campaigns for properties. I derive great pleasure and feel very privileged to be a part of a property sale or purchase, whether it’s helping first home buyers find their dream home or assisting elderly clients selling a home they’ve loved and lived in for decades. Being involved in such a significant chapter of people’s lives would have to be the most rewarding part of such a fantastic career and one I’m really passionate about. Working in an industry that allows me to assist anyone in the community with the purchase or sale of a home is a really fortunate position to be in. I love what I do and my focus is to ensure that my clients enjoy the outcome as much as their experience. During time off you'll most likely find me spending time with my family, watching the footy or enjoying the Bellarine's numerous cafes and beaches. Couldn’t be happier.

I had 4 different agents come through and appraise my home but Lee stood out from the rest. Selling my home was a very difficult decision and Lee understood that. He made the whole process as less stressful as possible. Within 5 days my home was sold and I had a great price and I couldn’t be happier. Not only did he help with the sale but he also assisted me in securing a rental in this difficult market.
