After pouring our heart and soul into our renovation, of which we were very proud of, we were looking for an agent and company that would represent us with a very high standard, excellence of service and a vision for our property that was a large "cut above the rest". Lee is easy to deal with, professional and an excellent communicator. All issues have been dealt with promptly. Although my experience has been with only one transaction, I have no hesitation recommending him.

An agent is there for his/her vendor and they are the ones they put all the hard work in for. Lee we could see was working hard to make the sale for his vendor but at the same time he was very helpful to us, making every effort to stay in contact, make follow up inspections and helping with the negotiations. He was very pleasant to deal with and has been very helpful since the sale, offering to liaise with the vendors on a number of things that we asked him about. In all, if we were selling in his area we would be very happy to have him as our agent.
