We were awkward purchasers, as we were relocating from the UK and were complete strangers to the Australian housing market. Lee showed us two houses, one at our request and the other at his suggestion, and I have to say we much appreciated Lee's approach. He never once attempted a ''hard sell'' on us, and faced everything with a really good sense of humour. He answered the many questions that we had fully, and gently shepherded us through the alien Australian house purchasing/conveyancing process. We are very happy with our purchase, and look forward to bumping into him around Daylesford in the future.
