New the area and what was achievable.
Lee and his staff were very helpful in selling our Mums house he explained in detail the process and how things worked, he was prompt in correspondence and kept us in the loop at all stages of the sale, Lee is very knowledgeable about his area of Rockingham. Would have no problem in using Lee again and would recommend to others.
