Lee conducted the entire selling process with a very professional attitude and kept me informed of the progress of the negotiations and what was going on. He had a high level of knowledge in the market in the area I was selling in and the paperwork and legal requirements were completed in a very timely manner. From start to finish the whole process was very relaxing and Lee did little extras as well during the sale. I also used Lee to sell my parents house a few weeks after he sold my home and this sale went through in the same manner.
