Lee sold us the house. He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was prompt in getting the offer through and negotiated. I have communicated with Lee once or twice since the purchase. What was unexpected was his team mate Aaron was the key contact after the sale. Aaron was the one who has done all the walk throughs, backward and forward communication with the owner and settlement agent, was patient with all of my endless questions and requests. Aaron was professional and built a really great repore with my husband and I. He made us feel valued and at ease.

Great gift of the gab. Pleasant guy. Knows the market quite well. Pricing was good but would not anwswer specific questions ( like would you suggest a response to an offer).Follow up service was very poor. Had to ring 1 day before settlement to see if the buyer wanted a key. In other words once the contract was signed OHLAY.

Aaron was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. I sincerely felt that he cared. The whole process was quick and easy. AND he gave me wine!!
