Lee didn't have to do to much for this sale as I found property, a couple of viewings and all up it was a quick sale. I did have a couple of disappointments and that was Lee didn't follow up with us when we inquired about the gas meter. He said he would get back to us but didn't. Hence searching in the dark and having to jump fences in the late evening to locate, so we could have a hot shower. He also wasn't able to do handover as sick but that couldn't be helped. This was the first time that we didn't receive a welcome hamper of chocolates/Wine/Flowers etc. Previous houses bought and only a third of the price we were indulged with these. For the price and commission I wouldn't think it was too much to include.

This is the second property we have entrusted with Lee and we have been very happy with the sales results and management of both properties in South Perth.
