We originally selected Lee and his company because of the initial appraisal proposal approach and the open and positive discussions with Lee and co before we chose Lee and his company to sell our home. He listened to what we wanted and advised us as the best approach to selling our home in its current state. Throughout the selling exercise, we had excellent and continual feedback and communications from Lee on the activities and outcomes from the home opens and private inspections. We were trying to sell through uncertain times with interest rate rises occuring and uncertainty of more increases which was deterring buyers, However Lee and his team continued to put in the time and effort to find a genuine buyer for our home and to reach a price we and the buyer were happy with.
