Lee is an excellent agent I met so far. During the sale process, he provided us the weekly updates after each inspection. My tenant had a bad cooperation for the inspection. He communicated with them several times to sort it out and keep the inspection at least once per week. His selling strategy is also great. In the environment of cooling down housing market, he found a buyer that provided the offer with good price. After the contract was exchanged, he continues supported us to get it settled. My case is complex. The tenant did not vacant the property within notification period. Lee communicated effectively with buyer to keep them after the settlement was delayed. We can also contact him after hours or even weekends. I would like rate him 10 out of 10 for his service, communication, commitment, strategy and price. Highly recommend!
