Leechelle sold an investment property for us, which was tenanted. There were some tricky negotiations regarding having the photos taken for the sale and viewings, but Leechelle handled everything tactfully and with consideration. Our property was sold in just a couple of months and for the asking price. I would not hesitate to contact Leechelle again when we next buy or sell property.

We had been looking for a new house for a 3 months, having a few contracts fall through and being on a time frame with the impending arrival of our 2nd baby and the Christmas season inbetween, when we got in contact with Leechelle.
