On speaking with people I have verified that the commission price was quite high. I am happy enough with the service Lees provided but very disappointed with the price I have to pay. As a struggling everyday person I would have appreciated acknowledgement of the need to make the long, expensive, difficult and exhausting process financially rewarding. Lees was on time, reliable and always gave us feed back as to what was happening with viewings etc. Lees was a pleasure to deal with during our marketing and selling of our property.
Lees was very attentive from the start of the process. This episode was logistically quite challenging for us as a family - shift work, childcare, school, a 5 hour round trip. He made it as easy as he was able to for us, and was very accommodating with viewing times, extra information when asked, and the journey from initial inquiries to settlement, and beyond. I can only speak from our perspective, but I am sure the vendor would concur. Lees was very particular, even after the papers were signed off. The final inspection was comprehensive, detailed and thorough. Something as seemingly trivial as a blown light bulb was rectified, and we could tell on moving in that the house itself was immaculate. The extensive garden was admirably neat, and the carpets had been shampooed the morning of settlement. I know this speaks volumes of the previous owners, but their willingness to leave their home as they'd like to arrive can only reflect their positive relationship with Lees as well. I would recommend B&S Bunbury to any prospective vendors/buyers of quality real estate in the area.
Certainly recommend Lees Standley to anyone selling in Millbridge, his local knowledge is second to done. Very satisfied with the outcome.
