Was a very easy experience to buy with Lees, simple straightforward and professional. I trusted that the transaction would be smooth as they had all the right information in place and was easy to electronically sign.
My initial approach to Lees was to find out what I needed to do to make the property saleable. "Don't do anything, I have a buyer," he said. He did indeed have buyers, but of course there were still things that needed doing. His buyers bid against each other to give us a price higher than we were expecting. That was pretty awesome.
We recently purchased a unique property, sight unseen, that had special features that we needed to view beyond listing photos.
