In the purchase of our new property we only interacted with Emma Whitelaw while Leesa van Drunen as the lead agent (?) remained in the background. Therefore our rating is based on our interactions with Emma only. Our dealings with Emma were pleasant and she was helpful, even when things did not go to plan. We were kept up-to-date and informed about the processes and required steps (up to this point). Followup calls and emails were prompt and friendly. Emma always accommodated our requested times for property inspections and signing of documents. Selling our house through Leesa at Ray White's agency was much less stressful than any previous house selling experience.
