We have purchased a number of properties in the past, but our experience with purchasing a property in Kalorama from Leigh has been - by far the best property buying experience we have had. From the first inspection right through to settlement, Leigh has been extremely professional, transparent and responsive to all our requests. When we had our first inspection, Leigh presented the property in the manner a property should be showcased – heater on, all lights on, all curtains open with plenty of sun light. We immediately fell in love with the property. Leigh's knowledge on the local market completely convinced us that this property was the best option based on our requirements. Negotiating with Leigh was probably not the best part, obviously we know he is working for the vendor, however he made the process stress free and he came across very genuine. We will definitely recommend Leigh to all our friends and family. When we are ready to sell, we will definitely sell through Leigh as we know he will do the right thing by us, as vendors. Over 6 months we had the pleasure of working with Leigh to find the 'perfect' home which we thought was never going to happen. It did eventually, and the process was far less tedious and as pleasant as could be with every weekend on the hunt, by Leigh.
