I had limited time dealing with Leigh when I bought my home as from the time it hit the internet to less than 4 hours later... I was signing the contract. However within those 4 hours, Leigh quickly answered my online enquiry and all my questions, had the section 32 on hand for me and organised an inspection straight away. During the inspection Leigh walked me around the home, showed me its secrets and then gave me some alone time to think about it. No hard sell required due to wonderful presentation of the home by the home owners. Not sure if Leigh provided any handy hints to them but is so, bravo. Leigh added humour into his online video to promote the property which caught my attention. Through this process, Leigh was professional, friendly and engaging.
