Leigh was very helpful and understanding throughout the whole inspection, negotiation and purchase process. With it being my first home purchase I was unsure at times on how things worked but leigh explained things clearly and in terms that I can understand to assist me. Both sold and bought via Leigh. I originally purchased a property via Leigh who would respond to my emails/questions at midnight and odd hours: always on call to help sell in what was very much a sellers market (one I was having significant difficulty buying in). I appreciated Leigh's responsiveness and diligence to ensure I was happy as a buyer (along while taking care of this seller). I then used Leigh in a very successful sales of one of my properties where again Leigh well serviced the sale, adding ideas and elements I had not thought of. He kept us calm during the auction and ensured we got the price we were after. He was very kind to the buyers also, ensuring they received the attention and support we wanted them to have in their purchase. I would definitely recommend Leigh and of course use him again. Leigh should also be commended for his attention to detail and willingness to assist us with inquiries at any time of the day, sometimes even out of hours! I would definitely recommend Leigh when dealing with him as a buyer and I would also recommend him as a seller due to our experience with him as the purchaser. This is the second time a had a chance to do business with Sweeney located in Caroline Springs,specifically with Glenn Grech and first time with Leigh Grixti. I can write 10 pages about my experience with them,but I gonna keep it simple. From the moment I sat down with Glenn I knew I'm dealing with someone special(approach,representation),just a simple way he made me feel comfortable.I explained what I wanted and it was just smooth transaction.I'm personally perfectionist ,so it take's a lot to make me feel good about who I'm dealing with.I have been given scenario and we were on the way.I signed the contract,and I was worried and nervous as usual as anyone who is selling property.But after the first house opening I was receiving calls from Glenn right next day,Call in the morning 7:30 than call in the evening 7PM ,basically I knew he just didn't take photos of the property and put it in the corner,and waiting for someone who would like it.2 days later I had a call from Glenn :"can you come to my office tomorrow or would you be able come now (it was 7;21PM),So I drove down to the office when I had a chance to meet Leigh.Glenn introduced me to Leigh and from just simple "Hi Nice to meet you" and body language I could tell Glenn has a great guy in the team,but of course,that means absolutely nothing at all if that is no result.Glenn ask me to sit down and asked me "would you sell it for this much"? I was shocked to the core,and I said" yes of course",and than he said so what do you think about this? He showed me another offer and I just couldn't believe it.I asked him if he was for real,and he said "just sign and we are done".So I signed the contract,Glenn mention Leigh was big part of it ,as well,and worked really hard on that and property was sold above what I was expecting.Bottom line is: Glenn and Leigh work together perfectly.So Thank you Leigh and Glenn again for sensational service.
