Leigh managed expectations well, and whilst trying to reach the best price for his vendor, still maintained a respectful and welcoming demeanor in his dealings with us. Leigh's office is well presented and the front-of-house staff were excellent as well. We felt welcomed and treated well during our time there. Our only point of feedback is to maintain diligence throughout the aftercare of the purchase. During our final inspection, another staff member from Leigh's office was scheduled and arrived over half an hour late, and we felt rushed through the process. This does not detract from Leigh's work specifically, and we have not let that affect his 5/5 rating above, however there is room for improvement with this staff member, which Leigh has graciously taken onboard.
