We have just sold our property through Leigh at 1st National, Leigh was recommended to us through a family member. I will say our sale was not what you would call a smooth sale as with the first buyer's finance falling over and the need to re sell the property within a certain time frame and in a market that nose dived over night we did not get the price we wanted for the property but did receive a reasonable price. Where 1st National did stand out was the agent who sold our property Omid Mahramzadeh. cannot say enough about this guy, he kept us posted throughout the 2 sales and was quick to answer any concerns throughout the sales process,and there were many and if the entire team led by Leigh are as good as Omid i would certainly recommend 1st National to anyone selling a property.

He was very knowledgeable about the market, gave expert advice of presentation, negotiated an very satisfactory price in a very difficult market.
