The agent was asked to find a property with very specific characteristics and budget. A very quick settlement was also a priority. Within days he had identified a very suitable property, in the desired price range, with extremely quick settlement (18 days from first offer to final settlement). Leigh and his colleagues were extremely in the administrative side of the sale coming to our home which was quite along distance to facilitate signing of essential documents. Overall would recommend Leigh (and his colleagues we have met) extremely highly and plan to use Leigh and colleagues sell a Dandenong property we own and manage the property we have bought.
