Disappointing on so many levels

We had previously had a terrible experience with another agent from another popular company in trying to sell the same property. So we were cautious and honest about our concerns straight away with Leigh. He really listened and assured us that this time would we would have a positive experience and outcome. He assured us that the property would sell within two weeks, and again while we were nervous with promises such as this, we were over the moon and couldn't have been more happy when we got the offer we were after within 4 days.
