Leigh is a very professional real estate agent in my experience. His negotiation skills were excellent and he surpassed my expectations in brokering a deal within 15-20 minutes of back and forth phone calls between myself and the vendor. Leigh knows the market and his price analysis was excellent. He brokerred a good deal by keeping both (sellers and buyers) interests and expectations in mind.
