We purchased two properties in Devonport with Leigh as the acting agent. Although he was acting on behalf of the vendor, my wife and I found Leigh to be very knowledgeable, professional and enjoyable to deal with. We always felt that we were treated very well and he was not pushy at all unlike some other agents that we dealt with. We were purchasing the properties through a self-managed superannuation fund that my wife and I had just set up. Unbeknown to us at the time before settlement, it was quite a long and arduous process. As a result, we required several time extensions. At all times, Leigh worked closely with the vendor to re-assure them and we greatly appreciated that. At the end of the day it was a great result for both us and the vendor and we have Leigh to thank for that. I highly recommend Leigh and we will probably use him exclusively in future in we do any more property investments in Tasmania.
