I have utilized Leigh's services many times for purchasing and selling properties in Tasmania and I wouldn't go any where else. I have found the other agents in the area made me feel like a burden and have interrupted their day, regardless if the contact is in person or by phone. I also found, the other agents tend not to respond to my emails either, which is all quite disappointing experiences. I have found with Leigh, nothing is to much trouble and he is always honest and gave me a realistic opinion of the market at the time, whether selling or purchasing. He works hard regardless if your a seller or purchaser. From my personal experience, you'd be silly to utilize the services of another agent over Leigh.
Leigh is not the cheapest agent, however he gets results. This is the second property that he has sold for me. I will always give my business to Leigh as he gets the job done and is a genuinely nice guy.
Our rental property hit the internet on Thursday night. We then had multiple viewings Friday, multiple offers Saturday, and an above asking price signed contract on Sunday! Selling with Leigh can be that easy.
Leigh was pleasant to work with as he was non-pushy and he kindly measured the fridge and laundry spaces for me when I was not present, which proved to be accurate. He did fail to disclose to me that the house has a faulty front door key, which caused a mild moment of panic when I arrived at the house with removalists and was unable to unlock the door, but then he was not obliged to reveal this. The door just happened to already be unlocked when he showed me the place. I will definitely consider using his service if I ever need an agent in the future.
