Leigh has been very helpful from the onset. I only had limited time in Devonport and Leigh was able to fit me into his schedule, which fortunately resulted in the purchase of said property. As I am not from Tasmania and am out of state Leigh was able to help me with local knowledge when it came to contacting a Building Inspector and Conveyancing firm, both of which are excellent and highly recommended.
