We would confidently recommend Leigh Jordan. He provided a realistic listing price with good explanations. The listing ad was excellent. Leigh showed clients through regularly and provided prompt feedback after each inspection. We were usually given 24 hours notice prior to inspections.Leigh helped us remain positive as time went on. We were very happy with the service provided by Leigh.
Leigh is an amazing agent. He listened to what we wanted and did not try to lower the price just to get a sale. His communication is above and beyond, always ringing and letting you know the outcomes and any ideas. He has sold 2of my houses now, one that was on the market for nearly 6years with a previous agent, he sold within months. I would not recommend anyone other than Leigh. Our house was a difficult sale, however leigh kept us positive. Communication was very important with feedback from viewings imperative. Leigh kept us up to date and informed with every client that came through. Regular phones calls to keep us in the know for negotiations; which is a long process and was much appreciated also. Leigh also was very particular on the clients that he showed and only those that were genuine to by our property were allowed through as it can be very stressful getting the house ready for a viewing and this was much appreciated.
