Working with Leigh was fantastic. I had trouble selling my property after it was on the market for quite a few weeks with another agent. Leigh discussed the sale process thoroughly and explained where my property was, value-wise, and how we could meet the market to sell it quickly. We signed up on a Thursday and he had it sold on the following Monday. At every point of the sale process, Leigh was there for me. At no point did I feel alone. We first met Leigh at an open home, he seemed to grask our needs pretty quickly, didn't wast our time with irrelevant listings. He contacted us when he had a house that he believed was right for us. In many ways it was perfect but had a few short comings, he organised extra viewings and then suggested an alternative being a block of land which was right up our alley. All dealings with Leigh were frank, honest and understanding of our needs.
