Good communication skills prior to action, Leigh kept us updated following each open for inspection. A little disappointed with communication on auction day. Would have liked to have been informed that the final bidder was the buyer wanting a long term settlement as we would have reconsidered accepting. Second bidder would have been a better option on this occasion. Found Leigh very personable and professional.
