Leigh took over the sale of my home from another agency when they failed to receive any offers after four opens. Leigh proactively obtained multiple offers before the house hit the market, two more before the first open, and multiple final offers after the very first open inspection which sold my house above the advertised price range. Houses don't always sell themselves, it's the agents skills, experience, and effort. I can't imagine another agency doing a better job than these guys.
