And then when we got into the offer and purchase time, Leigh went into negotiations with the best intentions for the vendor but also keeping us the purchaser in mind and trying to get the best outcome for all involved. I don’t think my newly starting family would have gotten this purchase without his help, and that will always mean a great deal to us.
