His sales team did a great job, but when Leighton himself got involved things turned sour. For no discernible reason he deleted the video we paid for, without giving us a chance to save a copy. Since it was only our video that was gone, I assumed a glitch. I thought it was a trivial matter, easy to resolve, only to be astounded by how wrong I was. Talk about unethical behaviour! If the lies, deceit and evasive tactics in response to our request to either restore or refund the lost video are any measure of the man, you'd probably want to think twice before doing business with him.
