Leisa Le sold our home, which of course was our aim. Leisa knows everything about Forest Lake, in fact grew up in the same street we were selling in. Many in the street have used Leisa to sell their homes. We do not live in Australia so knew this would have to be listed with an agent who could give great direction and confidence, we weren't ready to sell when we first met Leisa but did eventually list with Leisa, Initially we got off to a very rocky start when a friend looked to do an online Real Estate agent search (she was ensuring we had the best agent) and the enquiry was sent to someone else in Leisa's office. This caused a bit of friction but was soon smoothed over. We really didn't have a whole lot to do with Leisa, (perhaps two phone calls and emails) this could be perfect for some vendors, but feel we could have had a bit more support from the agent we had engaged to sell our late sister's home from abroad. The statistics speak for themselves, but perhaps my experience may have been different had we lived there.
