Leisa was professional from the beginning. Knew what needed to be done and had clear recommendations. The house and photos looked amazing after the staging and photos were completed. She helped us throughout and put us in touch with skilled people that helped us with the selling / moving-out transition. As a result, the house was under contract within 3 days, at the price we were looking for. Even after that, the sales process continued with a huge turnout of interested parties visiting the open house on the weekend. Leisa came back to us a few days later with a second backup buyer ready (at a higher offer) to step in if our first buyer backed out. All of which helped reduce our stress/tension and make us confident that we would be able to settle the sale within the month.
