Leisa was aware that I have been on the property hunt for some time, rather time poor insofar as I was continually called back to Sydney to attend to family matters. Leisa understood what my requirements were (fussy); and understood clearly that I was ready to move quickly once the right property became available (a bit like falling in love). Well, that property did come up last weekend... I raced back up to the CC, saw it on the Saturday, offered that evening, confirmed the offer and instructed my lawyer on Sunday evening, exchanging a few days later. I have come across many agents in my (legal) practising days - Leisa is up there in terms of professionalism, courtesy and care; and a really nice lady with it!
