Inexperienced and unprofessional

All the agents seemed new and inexperienced. Conversations with the lead agent were always rushed and I had to follow up repeatedly for information, which still ended up being incorrect. The vendors L&M were representing were incredibly difficult to communicate with, which made our experience of purchasing a home even more unpleasant.
