Len was amazing and I can not thank him or highly recommend him enough! He made the selling of my home such a easy process, I thought this process would have been daunting but Len’s reassurance, constant communication, help, guidance and off course a amazing end result made it all so easy and put my mind at constant ease, his knowledge of the market is the best! Thank you again Len!

From the initial appraisal through to settlement, I was impressed with Len’s market awareness, strategy and in particular his personal approach toward customer relations. His communication was prompt and thorough throughout the process. I would highly recommend engaging Len when selling a property!

Len was punctual and had very good knowledge of the Salisbury Heights area. I was the first person in at the opening, went out of his way to text me instead of voice calling as I do night shift work, which was awesome, has good reviews for a reason 👍 11/10 extra points for looks.

Len knew the Market and was available before, during and after the sale a rarity nowadays, true professional highly recommend.

Len was great throughout the whole sales process. He handled multiple opens and potential buyers. Was truly working for us to get the best result. Highly recommended.

Len was a responsive, professional and courteous agent. He did a fantastic job keeping us informed as purchasers all the while acting in the vendors best interests. I would have no reservations in recommending Len and his team and if and when I do sell it will be with Smith Partners’ Len Allington. In a time where good service is extraordinary, Len fits the bill. He paid attention to the small details and followed up and did exactly what he said he would do.

Len’s knowledge of the market was great. We let Len guide us on how to proceed with selling the house and trusted Len due to his extensive knowledge of the market. He knew what to price our house and which way to sell. He kept us up to date with information throughout the whole process of selling our house. I would recommend Len to anyone if they were in the market to sell their house.

Len is the ultimate professional. We sought Len’s services after a long term casual relationship which enabled us to time the sale of our property to achieve the best result. That coupled with Len’s knowledge of the Golden Grove area enabled us to achieve a great result. We would recommend Len to anyone considering selling their property.

We felt very confident in Len guiding us through the process.

Len and the team at Smith Partners made purchasing our new place very easy every step of the way. We were so impressed that we used Len and Smith Partners to sell our old place too! Len was very professional and his soft and friendly approach was greatly appreciated. Would thoroughly recommended Smith Partners for anyone looking to sell.

The information was provided to us by Len and the office team were absolutely perfect and the communications was to the best.

Len is the best real estate agent I have met so far. He is very professional and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer till contract. In such a hectic time of buying property in Adelaide, he was very reliable and quick to answer all queries I had. Thanks a lot Len :) Hope to work with you again and I highly recommend him for any real estate business.
