Having both bought our property and sold with Len 16 years later, we would highly recommend Len as agent on either side of the property transaction. With Len's marketing and strategy we achieved a sale price well above our expectations on the first week of listing! His experience, knowledge and professionalism are second to none. We trust Len implicitly and would without hesitation recommend him to anyone seeking an agent.

Len's many years of experience shown through. He outlined a very effective strategy to sell our home and executed it perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the result and recommend him in a heartbeat!

We first met Len Worthington some 10 years ago with a general enquiry around potentially selling our property. Circumstances changed; we didn’t list and yet that didn’t deter Len Worthington in staying in contact and keeping us abreast of his realestate progress and successes ongoing. Len is the penultimate genuine professional in the realestate trade. His experience and localised knowledge is evident and first hand exposure to this across the last month has ensured satisfaction with no questions left unanswered or requests left unactioned. All negotiations entered into with both parties has been with an honest approach to clear communication, with nothing too much trouble for Len to facilitate. The photographs, marketing and detail provided to list and sell our property can not be faulted and again reflects the professional at work. As we experienced first hand, Len sourced buyers in record time for a price that met our expectations with minimal ease. Len Worthington is an Agent we would recommend to anyone who wants the best in the business, focused on the job at hand to ensure every need is proactively approach with a can do attitude and mindset. Nothing is too much trouble for this Agent which we take this opportunity to congratulate for the reputation that precedes him, which we’ve now experienced first hand and supports why it’s clear he’s successful in his role and will forever stand apart from the masses. Well done and thank you Len for being a hardworking, honest and reliable Agent to represent us with this important lifestyle change.

We first used Len 15 years ago when we originally sold and bought within Albany Creek. At that time we found Len to be a very honest and open agent that always had our best interests at heart. So when it came to selling this home we called Len again to happily find out that Len was still active in the area. His local knowledge is second to none and from the outset we found Len to be honest, approachable and was able to provide us with advise and contacts to help with the preparation of our home for sale. We had a price in mind at the beginning of our sales journey and Len encouraged us to increase that price significantly based on local market movements. After working with some local tradesmen and a staging consultant recommended by Len, we were able to present our house to a level we were more than happy with. The result.... we received an offer way above our asking price from the first people that inspected the property. Since accepting the offer Len has continued to manage all aspects of the sale, facilitating and attending all inspections, advising on inspection findings and all in all guiding us to a very smooth sale. We couldn't recommend Len highly enough and wish him all the success in the world moving forward.

I have bought and sold a number of houses over the years, but I have never had such a wonderful and positive experience as I did with Len. From the moment he walked into the house I felt relaxed about the whole process and knew I was in good hands. He was very open and honest and had suggestions and support for every question or need I had, going out of his way to make things easier for me. He recommended some great tradesmen who helped the house to present very well. Everything happened smoothly and without stress and the outcome was wonderful - a huge amount of interest and very good offers. I highly recommend Len to anyone who wants to sell in his area. Thanks Len, it has been amazing working with you!

We have recently sold our property using Len Worthington as our agent. This is the second property we have sold through Len, resulting in an excellent result both times. Len’s area knowledge and property marketing expertise are evident from the first meeting. His professional and transparent approach made the entire sale process smooth and as stress free as possible. His communication skills are outstanding, ensuring we were kept up to date throughout. Our financial expectations were not simply met, they were exceeded. For anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest and highly skilled agent you couldn’t go past Len Worthington.

Len used his considerable skills to help us through what at times were difficult negotiations. I wouldn't even consider asking anyone else to sell my home in the Albany Creek or surrounds.

" I selected Len as the real estate agent to sell my home as he gave his time some years earlier to provide a consultation covering the existing value of my house and budget of potential improvements to max the real estate value. I found Len to be a down to earth 'man of his word', a quality not to be underestimated. At time of appointment, he again valued my home and discussed how he arrived at his estimated valuation. This was transparent and logical, no fluff or fast and shallow sales talk. He conducted the complete sales process in an exemplary professional manner. This included accurate photographic representation of the building, which was well received by the market and no doubt supported the property selling for the asking price within five weeks from commencement of advertising. I think the nature of the industry demands agents to be nice to everyone and vendors obviously need to be cognisant of this. In summary, Len gets five stars from me."

Len is experienced, knowledgeable and “reads” people really well. The fact that he sold our house in the middle of a pandemic through an offer made after the first open house speaks to his results. I really like that he is realistic and while he offers lots of ideas he doesn’t pressure sell any of his extras. He knows the market and knows people; and he delivered a great result.

Len demonstrated good knowledge about real estate market. The photographs of the house were amazing. He was pleasant to deal with. Trustworthy and always kept us informed about the property. Len demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills. I highly recommend Len. Len was great to deal with.

Len demonstrated good knowledge about the real estate market . He always kept us informed what has happening with the property. He was pleasant to deal with . Demonstrated good interpersonal and communication skills. Len is one of the people you can trust. Great person to deal with

Len has represented me in selling property on three occasions. He would be the first and only person that I would call if I need to sell again. I have had poor prior experiences selling before meeting Len and when I see other people work through the process of selling their property, it only reinforces to me why I utilise his services. He is up front, honest and reliable. Len provides great feedback and consultation through the process of selling. I appreciate that he is professional and has an easy going nature which makes him approachable to speak with from both the buyer and sellers perspective.
