Len was the agent selling the home we recently bought, and I was sad I hadn’t met him before selling our last place. Despite being the buyer, Len worked tirelessly for us. We had some conveyancing issues with our chosen solicitor and I fear the sale may have fallen through without Len’s tireless efforts in communicating between the seller and myself. He ensured everything ran seamlessly for the entire sale and was always at the property whenever we needed access. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Len, and we loved and appreciated his relaxed attitude with us. Len has a way of putting everyone at ease and sorting out any concerns without causing the buyer or seller any stress. He went above and beyond for me as the buyer, to ensure the house settled and I was happy. When I had a few appliance issues after moving in, Len stepped in and immediately rectified them for me, even though it wasn’t his fault, and he certainly didn’t have to!! Len comes to feel like a friend, whilst still maintaining excellent professionalism. I would have him sell any of my homes in the future and I would buy off him again in a heartbeat. Do not hesitate to use Len. He really is THE BEST!!
