Brilliant is an understatement.

When Len was recommended to us, we were told that he was incredible, and he did not disappoint in any way. Len’s expertise cannot be overstated. He knew exactly what needed to happen when, gave detailed advice along every step of the process from fixing up the house, styling, advertising to selling. His communication was excellent, happily working into my full time work schedule. When he called with the offers, we were genuinely shocked, receiving far more than we had hoped or dreamed for with the sale. The integrity of his character shone through beyond his work as I even received a text from my elderly neighbour who said that Len saw her walking home and offered to give her a lift. To anyone and everyone I know who is selling, I will be recommending Len.
