Larissa answered all our questions and requests in a timely manner and kept everything professional, whilst being delightfully personal and friendly. I "met" Leo on the phone when Larissa was unwell and he was also the auctioneer, which meant another level of comfort. I don't know if it is current practice to introduce the auctioneer to would-be purchasers before the day, but as a buyer in several real estate auctions, I thought this is worked beautifully.
