Very good negotiation skills. Could be more transparent re: fees. Original price quoted increased by nearly $1000 when i received final account from Conveyencer. I wasnt informed as to why. Overall a professional, helpful process, despite challenges with the settlement date.

Regarding the additional conveyancing costs, these arose because settlement was delayed by twenty four hours as a result of the property not being vacated on the agreed settlement date, which caused additional costs and inconvenience for the purchasers and required extra work from your conveyancer to resolve.
This was not an increase to any fee originally quoted by our agency, and we are sorry this was not made clearer to you at the time. We appreciate you working with us again for a second time and wish you all the best in your new adventure.
