Leo has an excellent knowledge of the market and provided a realistic estimate of a property's value. He is clearly passionate regarding the online presence and puts together a very detailed marketing plan. The fact that over 42 people attended the first OFI is testament to this fact. Whilst the sales approach is different to most other agents, its transparency is something not always observed in the sales/purchasing process. Overall very happy with the outcome and the performance of Leo and his team.

That many buyers through the first open home is something I’m proud of, but it doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from treating every campaign as if it’s the only one running, and making sure the right people know about your property before the first Saturday arrives.
You touched on something I care deeply about - transparency. The way most property transactions are handled leaves both sides guessing. That’s not good enough for vendors or buyers, and it’s why I do things differently.
