My case was very tough because the apartment marketing current status and administration tenant incorporation. However, Leo used his professional abilities to report each inspection in very much details, adjust an appropriate price for the market and target potential buyers. Enventually, we successfully signed a both sided happy contract. In addition, he applied a great negotiation skills to solve the tenant unwilling to move earlier and the buyer has to move in which make a great deal on settlement.
