After listing with another agent with an exclusive agency for 3 months and not selling our home, we were amazed that Leo was able to achieve an outcome for us in less than two weeks and pre-market. Would recommend Leo to anyone looking to sell their home.

We engaged with Leo after our previous agent failed to sell our property. Leo was able to tap into his network and sell pre-market in 7 days. We highly recommend Leo.

We engaged Leo to sell our beloved Sherwood home prior for our relocation to the United States. Leo worked with us to set a clear timeline, working back from our relocation deadline to ready our property and implement a highly professional marketing campaign. Despite slowing market conditions, with Leo's help we were able to attract multiple bidders and sell our property for fair market value. Throughout the entire process, Leo was there for us -- always quick and happy to respond to our every question and need. If and whenever we should need to sell another property in the Brisbane area again, we would not hesitate to engage Leo.

We sold our Gold Coast apartment with Leo and Cyril after it had been on the market for over 600 days with another agency. Leo and his team got it sold in just 6 days for a price well above our expectations! They were professional, hardworking, and made the process seamless, even though we live overseas. We highly recommend Leo and his team—they truly went above and beyond!

Leo and his team not only demonstrated exceptional understanding of prevailing market conditions but also identified updates to our property that would attract potential buyers. Leo and his then project managed a number of trades and service providers to ensure the updates to our property met quality expectations. Leo then took the lead in negotiating with potential buyers, keeping us up to date all the way through. Leo secured the best possible price in a challenging market. We would recommend Leo and his team without hesitation to anyone considering selling a property in the Brisbane area.

Campaign from day one to auction day, all arrangements e.g. Inspection the property, updating market price trend, advertising , the whole team is high performing, Well done , Well deserve!!

We are fortunate to have several amazing real estate agents in 4069. However, from the moment we met Leo we knew he was our agent. Buying and selling real estate is inherently a hectic, intense and emotional experience. Leo manages to smooth this process through his deep experience, hard work, connections, integrity and touch of magic. And best of all, beneath the highly effective agent is a kind-hearted person with a great sense of humour to ease those tense moments. Thanks mate.

Leo was a trusted partner who gave us a lot of honest advice and put a lot of time into the transaction. I very much hope that I will continue to work with the Leo team in the future.

Leo Liu is the best property agent I've ever met, reliable, sincere and efficient. Much appreciated with him and his team working : )

I entrusted Leo and Cyril with the sale of my property in Parkwood. They were extremely well organised, allowed me to ask questions at any time throughout the process, always available, professional, great communication and amazing knowledge within their field of work. I’m very happy to have made this choice, they helped me find a buyer in record time and matched a higher dream price than I had thought possible. Very happy!
