Great Sale With A Difficuly Buyer

Leo successfully sold two of my properties in the first stage of a development. This sale, while not quite as high as the first, was still a pocket record if you remove his sale of our first to market property in the development. Both sales he secured for us were a record. This house was a very different design and unfortunately didn't have anywhere near the level of interest as the other. Despite this, Leo still managed to get and close an offer very close to the value of the more popular house. Furthermore, the buyer was very paranoid, and delivered numerous demands throughout the process even after the contract was unconditional. As a seller this was extremely frustrating, but Leo was able to be a middle man and find solutions, negotiate and ensure we didn't loose what was indeed the best deal on the table.
