I bought my property with Leo and he made the whole process very seamless and easy. He was very understanding and worked with the seller and myself to reach a price that was comfortable for both. My overall experience was really great and I would highly recommend him.

Suggested a realistic price range with comparisons; another agent's range seemed inflated. Didn't require entire house to be moved into storage in order to "style" the house. Just had to remove extraneous furniture and hide the "life clutter". I felt I was being helped sell my house rather than Gr8Est8 selling it for me. Once I was comfortable with the selling negotiations, I was able to give Leo more direction as to what I required as the end result. This helped in the process as I took some control over my desired outcome. Leo seemed to find the right buyer for my house from a pool of interested parties; I'm content that the house will be in good hands after I leave. He also considered me as the right buyer for my new house. One thing to note: The For Sale sign is a generic sign stating the house is for sale by Gr8Est8. There are no details about the house itself. I didn't find this to be an issue; just a unexpected quirk.

Leo was fantastic to deal with. Answered all our questions on the several in house inspections we did and arranged an additional one we requested with no problems. Has been on the ball with updates and has always been there to answer any questions….. I even think I rang him on a public holiday and he was still happy to help. Couldn’t ask for a better person. Was good early then started slipping very late for first inspection then he’s other agent went to try and get keys from the wrong house even though there was a big sign out the front!
