Leo helped the reviewer sell this property

Extremely disappointing experience - all promise, no delivery

We used Leo to both purchase a property and sell ours at the same time. Leo did not come across at all as working to do the best for us in either scenario. He would tell us that he had numerous people looking to put in offers/asked for the section 32 but instead of doing anything about that he tried to convince us to take the first offer we received (which was well below the minimum offer we would accept) saying that "it's close enough" while badgering constantly to get our price up for the property we were purchasing. When Leo wants something from you he's very communicative, however when you need information from him he's slow to respond and only gives vague answers. He also referred us to a conveyancer who is well known within the industry to pay for these referrals, which Leo didn't disclose to us. The conveyancer was basically useless as well and if we didn't have a fantastic broker, we would've been charged multiple fees because both Leo and the conveyancer weren't doing their jobs properly. He also didn't disclose to us that the ducted heating in the house had been decommissioned , which he was supposed to do but clearly didn't want to risk a sale. Leo made this a really stressful and disappointing experience and I would not recommend him at all - cannot stress this enough. He is everything people don't like about real estate agents rolled into one. All promise, no delivery.
