From first contacting Leon and his Sales team we have been extremely happy. They found out from the first viewing we did what we were after and managed to find us a house which was not currently listed. The viewings and subsequent negotiations were handled efficiently which resulted in the the house going from first viewing to being unconditional in about 12 days! We have been allowed unlimited access to the house for architects/builders etc which will result in us getting in their much quicker than first expected.

We met Leon and Gavin at an open home at the beginning of our search for a property in Peregian Springs. The house wasn't quite right for us, however Leon and Gavin were very approachable and happy to help us to find what we were looking for. After giving them a list of our criteria, Leon and Gavin quickly found several properties for us to look at, including one which was not advertised yet. This turned out to be our dream house and we have just completed our purchase! Leon and Gavin were just brilliant before, during and after the sale, very realistic and pragmatic with really a great personable approach. They have helped us with everything from financial negotiations, measurements, arranging a handyman, having repairs done...even with having our furniture delivered. All of our questions were answered quickly by phone, text and email and even though we asked a lot of questions they were always on hand to help. All of this was way above and beyond what we could have hoped for, and particularly useful given that we currently live in Sydney!
